Job Description

Job Description This 6-doctor clinic in Hinesburg, VT, is a well-established, full-service small animal practice that has served Hinesburg and the surrounding communities for decades, earning a reputation for personalized medicine, compassionate care, and exceptional client service. They are seeking a veterinarian to join a collaborative, client-focused team in a practice with more than 350 five-star reviews and a loyal client base built on lasting relationships between the team, their clients, and pets. In this role, you'll see a manageable and varied caseload of approximately 10-16 patients per day, supported by a generous 2:1 support staff ratio that allows you to focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality medicine rather than being stretched thin. The case mix spans the full range of general practice work, including wellness and preventive care, dentistry, diagnostics, spays and neuters, and soft-tissue surgery, giving you the opportunity to maintain and grow a broad clinical skill set. You'll have a well-appointed in-house laboratory and diagnostic tools, plus access to certified surgical expertise for cases that call for specialized support, so you're never practicing in isolation. Above all, you'll be joining a team culture that values compassion, collaboration, and genuine connection with each other, with clients, and with the pets themselves.
