Job Description
We are hiring Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living communities. The role involves delivering face-to-face primary care, participating in educational sessions, and collaborating with healthcare team members to improve clinical outcomes and facility performance. Benefits include a competitive salary (up to $300,000/year), incentive pay, professional liability coverage, PTO, CME, and full medical/dental/vision insurance along with a 401(k). Qualifications required are current medical licensure and D.E.A. certification, with Board eligibility or certification.
