Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Medicine Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2 enrollment) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide emergency medical evaluation, treatment, and disposition for patients Manage a broad spectrum of emergency conditions in a high-volume ED setting Collaborate with attending physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver optimal patient care Ensure effective handoffs and communication with hospital teams Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes Work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required Adapt to changing facility needs and coverage schedules What You Need Active and unrestricted Emergency Medicine certification (ABEM or AOBEM) Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience Current ACLS, NRP, and DEA certifications Willingness to work flexible, varied shifts and locations within the facility Strong clinical judgment and communication skills About the Assignment Join a leading hospital in Seattle, WA, providing emergency care for a medium to high-acuity patient population with a mix of medical and low trauma cases.
