SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in Brownsville, Wisconsin, with convenient access to Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, and Chicago. Outpatient-focused practice with an established patient panel Approximately eight days of call annually Integrated referral network, EPIC EMR, and experienced support staff Competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and full benefits

Qualifications:

MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program Eligible for or able to obtain Wisconsin medical licensure Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
