Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist Physician for our client in Wisconsin. This 120-day assignment involves evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with various solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and providing inpatient consultations and rounding, working Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1630. Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, including leukemia, multiple myeloma, and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, as well as benign hematologic disorders. Develop and oversee treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies, and supervise infusion orders. Provide inpatient consultations and rounding. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with the broader care team, which includes oncology-certified nurses, palliative care specialists, genetic counselors, dietitians, pharmacists, rehabilitation therapists, and social workers.
