Full-Time | Practice & Surgical Opportunities Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join a collaborative medical team. Experienced physicians, recently trained fellows, and physicians looking to build and grow a practice are encouraged to apply. The practice may include office-based care, inpatient services, and surgical procedures , with flexibility based on the physician's interests and expertise. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat conditions involving the ear, nose, throat, larynx, face, and neck. Manage conditions including sinusitis, nosebleeds, tonsil and adenoid disorders, and mastoid infections. Evaluate and treat patients with smell disorders. Diagnose and manage head and neck tumors and structural defects of the ear, nose, and throat. Perform appropriate ENT surgical procedures. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Develop and grow a strong patient-focused practice. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency/fellowship. Valid or eligible-to-obtain Wisconsin medical license. Strong clinical, surgical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team. Self-motivated, organized, and committed to high-quality patient care.
