Join a thriving, mission'driven critical access hospital in scenic southwest Wisconsin, one hour from Madison where an in'demand dermatology practice and exceptional compensation package await you from day one.

Organization Details:

Independent, not-for-profit critical access hospital with 700+ employees and 90+ providers
New multispecialty clinic opening in 2026 on hospital campus
New grads and experienced candidates considered

Position Details:

General Dermatology with the opportunity to build in Mohs or cosmetics
3, 4 or 5-day work week with other flexible options considered
Exceptional support staff of several RN's to help prep, do intake and scribe, with 4-5 exam rooms per provider
No Call
Patients are currently booked out 15 months - you will be busy day 1 Compensation Details
Up to $600K Base Guarantee Annually & $100K Sign-On; There are volumes in this area to make around $675k annually
