This role involves managing your own clinic space within an established Medicare Part B only practice located in Inglewood. The Podiatrist will have the opportunity to see approximately 200 patients each month, primarily on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 am to 2 pm, averaging around 17-20 patients per day. The position offers autonomy in operating your own clinic while utilizing the practice's patient base and resources. Duties Provide comprehensive podiatric care to a diverse patient population, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of foot and ankle conditions. Operate your own clinic space within the practice, managing patient appointments and clinical workflow independently. Utilize your own Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system along with personal equipment and supplies to deliver high-quality podiatric services. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient encounters in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with the broader practice team as needed, ensuring seamless patient care continuity. Pay a sublease fee to the practice in exchange for access to all practice patients and facilities. Skills Valid and current license to practice podiatry in the state. Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of foot and ankle conditions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own clinic operations efficiently. Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare team members. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient care. Familiarity with EMR systems and willingness to utilize personal equipment and supplies as needed.
