Rio Grande Foot & Ankle Specialists is a busy practice with two offices in Northern New Mexico. We're seeking an additional provider to help us keep up with the demands of the practice and to grow the surgical side of our practice. We currently have two other full-time providers with full schedules. We aim to fill the position with start date between now and August 2027. We are looking for a provider who can work independently and confidently while providing quality and compassionate patient-based care. Surgical training is preferred as one of our existing providers is non-surgical. We are seeking a provider with interest in staying in the area long-term; we have a partnership track available for interested parties. Bilingual Spanish-speakers are a great benefit to this community, but are not required.

Post Graduate Training:

Three or more Years Benefits and salary are negotiable based on experience. We offer flexibility in each provider's day-to-day schedule. Our salary structure is usually a straight production-based salary. The more you produce, the more you take home. Other arrangements can also be made. You will be provided with established patients of the practice. Also, new patients will go to you as a priority to make sure you have a full schedule. Many surgical consults will also go to you.
