Desired Qualifications:

Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution Active state licensure or eligibility in School Psychology Knowledge of psychological assessments, academic evaluation, and behavioral interventions Experience or strong interest in working within a K-12 environment Excellent communication, consultation, and teamwork skills Adapts easily to varying school environments and diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students Develop and interpret Individual Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen student outcomes Participate in problem-solving teams and support the Response to Intervention (RTI) process Maintain thorough, confidential records as required by law and district policy
