Ph.D. Psychologist - Trussville $100K+ with Benefits Thrive Counseling & Psychology is continuing to expand and we are looking to hire a Psychologist for our new Vestavia Hills office. We looking for someone who is interested in developing a semi-private practice where they can work at their own pace and schedule but have full office and administrative support. There is flexibility in how the caseload for this position is structured. We envision this to be a mix of assessments and individual counseling to provide a good work balance for the provider but we have enough demand for assessments that someone wanting to focus primarily on this would be able to do so. The advertised pay range is based on a roughly 50/50 split between assessments and individual sessions; someone wanting to focus more on assessments would be able to earn above that range. Thrive Counseling & Psychiatry is one of the largest practices in the state with offices in Birmingham, 5-Points, Hoover, Trussville, Gulf Shores, Foley, Daphne, and Vestavia Hills. We provide office space, liability insurance, insurance billing, payroll (W2 income), health insurance, IRA, and much more. Your income will be based on the clients you see but you can expect to have a full caseload almost as soon as you start.
