Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility (state-specific requirements apply) Experience conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing direct interventions Strong skills in consultation and collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families Understanding of current best practices in psychological evaluation, RTI/MTSS, and behavioral interventions Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and identify student learning and behavioral needs through observations, interviews, and evaluations Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies that improve student outcomes Provide individual or group counseling to help students overcome challenges and enhance coping skills Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Contribute to the creation and implementation of intervention plans for academic and behavioral support Deliver crisis intervention and collaborate on prevention programs as needed This position offers a dynamic schedule within a supportive educational environment.
