Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of students as a School Psychologist for a contract position in the vibrant Atlanta, GA area. You'll work collaboratively with educators, families, and administrators to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students. Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field. State-approved School Psychologist certification. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills. Experience working with diverse student populations and various disabilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology and special education.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to identify student needs. Develop and implement effective intervention strategies. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning. Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students. Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding strategies to foster student success. Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with federal and state guidelines. Promote safe, inclusive learning environments and advocate for student well-being.
