Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience conducting student evaluations, assessments, and individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong knowledge of consultation, intervention strategies, and data-driven decision making Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psycho-educational assessments to evaluate students academic, social, behavioral, and emotional needs Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions Participate in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans Provide direct and indirect counseling and support services to students Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and prevention programs Maintain detailed, confidential records and documentation in line with school and legal requirements Support a climate of respect, inclusion, and equity within the school community This role offers a unique chance to grow professionally while positively influencing the lives of students, families, and educators.
