Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting middle school students through the evaluation process. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist Prior experience conducting middle school evaluations and assessments Solid understanding of special education law, individualized education plans (IEPs), and intervention strategies Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with students, educators, and families Ability to maintain accurate records while working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for middle school students Evaluate and interpret data to guide eligibility for special education services and program planning Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective intervention strategies Support students social, emotional, and behavioral development through counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise on student needs and evidence-based support Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements This opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $56, reflecting your experience and expertise as a School Psychologist.
