Our multidisciplinary clinical teams offer traditional psychiatry and psychotherapy alongside advanced interventional mental health treatments and comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing. We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Illinois-licensed Clinical Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to join our Hoffman Estates team. This clinician will conduct comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations, provide diagnostic clarity, and develop actionable recommendations that help patients, families, schools, and treatment providers determine the most appropriate path forward. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Evaluate cognitive, emotional, behavioral, developmental, and psychological functioning. Administer and oversee the administration of standardized psychological and neuropsychological testing instruments. Score, interpret, and integrate assessment results with clinical history, behavioral observations, medical information, and collateral data. Complete evaluations for initial diagnosis, differential diagnosis, diagnostic clarification, and treatment planning. Assess presenting concerns that may include ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disorders, memory concerns, cognitive changes, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and other neurological or psychiatric conditions. Prepare clear, thorough, and clinically useful neuropsychological and psychological evaluation reports. Provide feedback sessions to patients and families, explaining testing results, diagnoses, clinical impressions, and recommendations in an understandable and supportive manner. Develop practical recommendations for treatment, school accommodations, workplace support, additional medical evaluation, and community resources when appropriate. Consult and collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, pediatricians, neurologists, educators, and other professionals as clinically indicated and with appropriate authorization. Participate effectively as a member of Hopemark Health's multidisciplinary treatment team. Maintain accurate, timely documentation, informed consents, testing records, and other required materials in the electronic health record. Communicate with administrative and billing teams as necessary to support authorizations, documentation, and continuity of care. Maintain the highest standards of patient privacy, professional ethics, and HIPAA compliance. Create a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for patients and their families. Required Qualifications Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Active, unrestricted Illinois Clinical Psychologist license. Formal education, supervised training, and demonstrated competency in psychological and neuropsychological assessment (+5years) Experience conducting evaluations and preparing integrated psychological or neuropsychological reports. Strong knowledge of standardized assessment instruments, diagnostic criteria, evidence-based recommendations, and professional testing standards. Exceptional clinical interviewing, written communication, and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex findings with clarity, empathy, and cultural sensitivity. Demonstrated ability to help patients and families feel comfortable during the assessment and feedback process. Ability to maintain impeccable confidentiality and professional boundaries. Proficiency with electronic health records, digital assessment platforms, Microsoft Office, and related clinical technology. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Preferred Qualifications Postdoctoral training in clinical neuropsychology or advanced psychological assessment. Experience evaluating children, adolescents, and adults. Experience assessing ADHD, autism, learning disorders, developmental concerns, memory difficulties, and complex psychiatric presentations. Board certification or board-certification eligibility in Clinical Neuropsychology is welcomed but not required. Experience working in an outpatient psychiatric, behavioral health, hospital, or multidisciplinary practice setting. Familiarity with insurance authorization and documentation requirements for psychological or neuropsychological testing. Why Join Hopemark Health? Consult with psychiatrists, therapists, advanced practice providers, and other behavioral health professionals across Hopemark Health.
Professional visibility and education:
Neuropsychologists may have opportunities to present at Hopemark Health educational events, contribute clinical expertise, and build relationships with providers and community partners.

Compensation and Benefits This position is a 1099 contract position with an hourly range of $125-150 an hour. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, education, credentials, schedule, employment classification, and other job-related considerations.
