Job Description

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist Previous experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and behavioral intervention plans Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct counseling, behavioral support, and crisis intervention for students Facilitate group and individual student interventions addressing social, emotional, and academic challenges Advise school staff and families on strategies that promote student well-being and achievement Collect and analyze data to identify needs and measure progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
