Your Responsibilities:
Lead eligibility meetings and support special education placements Participate in IEP development and related team meetings Facilitate problem solving and Multi-Tiered System of Services (MTSS) meetings Coordinate and run 504 meetings Guide a special education team for approximately 75 students with IEPs Minimal direct instruction time; primary focus on team leadership and coordination Participate, as appropriate, in cognitive and other evaluation components
What We're Looking For:
Valid School Psychologist license (Illinois preferred or eligible) Experience in K-2 educational settings and familiarity with IEP/504 processes Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities Experience with special education teams and minimal direct counseling
