In this in-person school psychologist position, you'll serve two vibrant elementary campuses located within walking distance of each other, ensuring consistency and ease as you navigate your daily responsibilities. Your role will be vital in conducting student evaluations across both sites, providing essential support to young learners and collaborating closely with faculty and families. Flexibility is offered around start and end dates, tied to a maternity leave—with a possibility for an overlapping period alongside the current psychologist to ensure a smooth transition. What you'll bring: Active certification as a School Psychologist Experience performing evaluations for preschool to elementary-aged children Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary teams Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued but not required Preference for on-site availability (hybrid options considered) What you'll be doing: Supporting Aspen Elementary and the School for Young Learners (just across the street from each other) Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations Offering insights to shape IEPs and interventions Consulting with educators and families to foster student success Managing a varied caseload across preschool to 5th grade Working full-time (35 hours per week) with a dedicated daily lunch break, following set contract hours Make your expertise count in a collaborative school setting while enriching the lives of students during a pivotal time in their education.
