Desired Qualifications:

Hold or be eligible for state licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience in an educational setting, especially working with elementary students, is highly desirable Proficient in conducting evaluations and developing student interventions Strong collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with teachers, administrators, and families Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct assessment and support services for elementary students, including cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional evaluations Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and contribute expertise to support student success Consult with teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to recommend effective instructional or behavioral interventions Deliver crisis intervention and counseling as needed, supporting students immediate needs Collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to enhance student engagement and strengthen school-wide mental health supports Maintain detailed, timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
