Desired Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience in school-based settings (preferred) Strong knowledge of evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring techniques Effective communication abilities for working with students, educators, and families Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments to inform individualized education programs (IEPs) Dedication to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students cognitive, academic, socio-emotional, and behavioral needs using a variety of standardized tools and observational methods Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs, interventions, and support plans Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed to promote students emotional well-being and resilience Deliver consultations, professional guidance, and training for school staff on best practices for supporting all learners Track and document student progress, and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with regulations Advocate for students access to appropriate services, accommodations, and resources
