Part-Time - Full-time | 1099 Independent Contractor (Fee-for-Service) About Us The Psychiatry and Holistic Health Center is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our multidisciplinary team values collaboration, clinical excellence, and whole-person care. We are seeking a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping others and is looking for the flexibility and support to build a thriving outpatient practice. Position Summary As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy in both in-person and telehealth settings. Our administrative team handles scheduling, insurance coordination, credentialing support, and operational tasks, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional clinical care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and establish DSM-5 diagnoses. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's clinical needs. Provide evidence-based individual, family, and/or couples psychotherapy. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Provide crisis assessment and intervention when clinically indicated. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and applicable state and federal regulations. Participate in clinical consultation and team meetings as needed. Qualifications Active Massachusetts license as one of the following:
LICSW LMHC LMFT
Licensed Psychologist Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy preferred. Strong assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Anxiety Disorders Depression Trauma & PTSD ADHD Mood Disorders Grief & Loss Relationship Concerns Life Transitions Stress Management Experience utilizing evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, or other specialty modalities is welcomed.
