This full-time, contract opportunity spans a maximum of two school buildings, potentially working with both elementary and secondary grade levels. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current certification as a School Psychologist Experience in both school-based psychological assessments and counseling Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills Ability to adapt techniques and interventions for elementary and secondary age groups Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and collaborative problem-solving

Major Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychoeducational assessments to support student learning and behavior Assist in developing and implementing IEPs, participating in team meetings as a knowledgeable resource Provide individual and small group counseling services for students in need Collaborate with educators, families, and community professionals to identify student strengths and coordinate interventions Support crisis prevention and response efforts as needed within the school community Maintain accurate records, prepare relevant documentation, and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations Champion an inclusive, positive school climate With a set daily scheduleelementary from 8:15 am to 3:45 pm, and secondary from 7:30 am to 3:00 pmyou'll have the clarity to plan your professional activities and support students effectively.
