Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving K-12 students as a School Psychologist. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) begins as soon as possible and continues through June 4th, 2027. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals across various school buildings to provide essential support for student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver psychological services for a diverse K-12 caseload Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to guide intervention planning Contribute to the development of educational programs tailored to student needs Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress and strategies Travel between school buildings as needed to meet with students and staff
What You Bring:
Active Michigan School Psychologist certification (required) Experience working with K-12th grade populations preferred Strong command of psychological assessments and evaluation protocols Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to varying educational settings
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $53 to $60, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Eligible professionals may also receive comprehensive healthcare benefits, assistance with housing, and meals/incidentals during the contract.
