Qualifications:
Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain) Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing behavioral interventions Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and 504 plans Consult with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop interventions and strategies for student success Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs Support crisis intervention efforts and provide short-term solutions as needed Assist with school-wide initiatives promoting mental well-being and academic achievement Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines This contract role offers the chance to work closely with diverse student populations and make a lasting difference in their academic and personal journey.
