Key Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license required Previous experience in school psychology or similar student support services preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive school atmosphere Capable of working onsite; consideration also given to certified School Social Workers Must submit an updated resume with licensure verification
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to develop and implement student support plans Deliver group and individual interventions addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to eligibility decisions Provide crisis intervention and ongoing consultation to school personnel Maintain timely, detailed records in compliance with state and district policies
