Qualifications and Experience:

Current and valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (required) Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports Strong knowledge of response to intervention and special education processes Excellent communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and parents Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated commitment to fostering equity and positive school climate

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct individual psychological evaluations and assessments for students Participate in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Make data-driven recommendations regarding student academic and behavioral needs Support interventions and programs that promote social-emotional learning and well-being Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant district and state guidelines This role is onsite for approximately 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year. The district prefers an onsite psychologist but is open to a licensed school social worker as an alternative.
