Key Qualifications:

Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience conducting assessments, developing interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Proficient in utilizing psychological evaluation tools and developing individualized education plans (IEPs). Skilled at providing counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation within a school-based environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and student-centered approach. Ability to work independently and flexibly to address evolving school needs. Previous experience with "looping" support models or ongoing case management is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for referred students. Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and monitor effective support plans. Provide consultation and guidance to staff on behavioral and academic concerns. Deliver direct and indirect support services designed to improve students' well-being and school adjustment. Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, assist with crisis management, and support positive school climate initiatives. Maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Offer "looping" psychological support as needed, ensuring continuity of care for assigned students.
