Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Psychologist (LP) or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) with a specialized focus on psychological testing to join our dynamic mental health team. Multiple jobs open across all of NC. Duties Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing standardized tests, clinical interviews, and behavioral observations. Administer and interpret a wide range of psychological tests including cognitive, neurodevelopmental, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), trauma-related, and neuropsychological assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, integrating evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients with complex mental health conditions. Maintain detailed, accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Engage in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with advancements in psychological testing methods and mental health diagnostics. Experience Proven experience conducting individual psychological assessments, including cognitive testing, behavioral evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations for neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder. Demonstrated expertise in administering evidence-based testing tools and interpreting results within clinical contexts. Experience working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities or trauma-related disorders. Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program Active NC Licensed Psychological Associate (LP) licensure in good standing Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance Training and experience administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessments For LPA applicants: Master's or doctoral degree in psychology or a closely related field Active NC Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) licensure in good standing.
