Preferred qualifications and experience:
Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field Previous experience working with K-12 students is highly desirable Strong knowledge of educational assessments, IEP development, and behavioral intervention strategies Excellent communication and counseling skills, with the ability to work with diverse student populations Familiarity with MTSS/RTI, and willingness to participate in team-based problem solving Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students in general and special education Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies Providing direct counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing support to students experiencing academic, social, or emotional difficulties Consulting with educators, administrators, and families on student needs, progress, and best practices Delivering professional development and training to staff as needed Helping to foster an inclusive and positive school environment Enjoy the benefits of a full-time schedule, professional autonomy, and the chance to make a genuine difference each day.
