Compass of Hope is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, and adults throughout New Hampshire. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychologists, therapists, psychiatric providers, and support staff working collaboratively to provide comprehensive mental health care. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys assessment work and wants to focus on providing high-quality evaluations while being supported by an established clinical and administrative team. We are looking for a psychologist who is passionate about helping clients and families gain clarity, better understand their needs, and access appropriate treatment and supports through comprehensive psychological assessment. What You'll Do As a psychologist with Compass of Hope, your primary responsibilities will include: Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations Complete clinical and diagnostic interviews Administer, score, and interpret psychological and neuropsychological testing measures Assess presenting concerns such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning and cognitive concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and diagnostic complexity, as clinically appropriate Integrate testing results, clinical history, behavioral observations, and collateral information Prepare clear, thorough, and clinically useful psychological assessment reports Provide feedback sessions to clients and/or caregivers Develop individualized diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations Collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, schools, primary care providers, and other professionals when appropriate Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate clinical documentation Practice in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications Required:
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in New Hampshire Training and competency in psychological assessment, testing, scoring, interpretation, and report writing Strong diagnostic and clinical conceptualization skills Excellent written communication and documentation skills Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care
Preferred:
Experience conducting comprehensive psychological or neuropsychological evaluations Experience evaluating children, adolescents, and/or adults Experience assessing ADHD, autism, learning disorders, cognitive concerns, and complex diagnostic presentations Experience working in an outpatient behavioral health setting
