3002579439-2 Apply for this job now Job Description LifeStance Health seeks a Child Psychologist to provide outpatient testing and/or therapy for children and adolescents in a patient-centered, mission-driven setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive psychological assessments, evidence-based individual and family therapy, diagnostic formulation, and collaborative treatment planning with families, schools, and providers. Clinicians split time between in-person and telehealth visits, supported by strong administrative and technology resources, multidisciplinary teams, and a culture focused on clinical excellence, diversity, ongoing training, and work-life balance. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and testing for children and adolescents Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate Develop, document, and update diagnostic impressions and treatment plans Collaborate with parents, schools, and medical providers to coordinate care Deliver services via both in-person sessions and secure telehealth platforms Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMRParticipate in case consultation and multidisciplinary team meetings Monitor risk and implement crisis intervention and safety planning when needed Engage in ongoing professional development and adherence to best-practice standards Required Skills Child and adolescent psychological assessment Administration and interpretation of standardized tests Evidence-based child and family therapy Clinical diagnosis and treatment planning Risk assessment and crisis intervention Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Telehealth delivery of mental health services Interdisciplinary team collaboration Parent and family counseling Cultural competence in pediatric mental health
