School-Based Clinical & Related Services Providers LCSW | LPC | LCADC | OT | PT | SLP | Psychologists & Related Specialists HealthWorksPros is expanding its School-Based Clinical Services™ provider network and is seeking qualified clinical and related-services professionals for anticipated opportunities with school districts in Burlington and Cumberland Counties, New Jersey , as well as future assignments throughout the state. We are recruiting experienced professionals interested in flexible part-time, per-diem, and independent contractor (1099) opportunities serving children, adolescents, and families.

Compensation:

$55.00-$125.00 per hour , depending on professional discipline, credentials, experience, service type, assignment requirements, and funding/contract terms. Providers We Are Seeking We are currently recruiting: Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LCADC) Occupational Therapists (OT) Physical Therapists (PT) Speech-Language Pathologists / Speech-Language Specialists Psychologists School Psychologists Behavioral Health / IOP & OP Clinicians Qualified Group Clinicians and Facilitators Other appropriately licensed or certified school-based clinical and related-services professionals Potential Services Depending on professional discipline and district/program needs, assignments may include behavioral-health counseling; individual, family, and group services; substance use disorder services; IOP/OP services; psychological or specialized evaluations; occupational therapy; physical therapy; speech-language services; clinical consultation; Child Study Team support; IEP-related participation; record review; and other student-centered clinical or related services. Hybrid Service Opportunities Assignments will vary based on the service, student needs, district requirements, and applicable professional standards. Some services will be delivered onsite at schools or other designated locations, while other services may be provided virtually through secure telehealth platforms. Providers may indicate their availability for: Onsite services Virtual/telehealth services Hybrid assignments Specific counties or geographic service areas Not every discipline or assignment will be eligible for virtual delivery.

Qualifications Candidates must:

Hold an active New Jersey professional license appropriate to their discipline, where required. Possess the applicable NJDOE Educational Services certificate/endorsement through NJEdCert , where required for the position, or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate NJDOE credential before assignment . Be willing to complete all required NJDOE Office of Student Protection Criminal History Review/background clearance requirements applicable to service through HealthWorksPros . Complete HWP and applicable school-district credentialing and onboarding requirements. Maintain required professional liability coverage where applicable. Demonstrate strong clinical documentation and professional communication skills. Be able to work collaboratively with students, families, educators, Child Study Teams, school administrators, and other professionals. Experience working with children and adolescents, special education, school systems, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, substance use disorders, IEPs, or Child Study Teams is strongly preferred. Bilingual clinicians, particularly Spanish-speaking providers, are strongly encouraged to apply. Why HealthWorksPros? Opportunities may be structured as 1099 independent contractor, per-diem, or part-time engagements , depending on the assignment and applicable requirements.
