Job Description

Title:

School-Based Therapist (QMHP or LCSW)

Location:
Wallowa, OR Facility:
Wallowa County School Compensation:

Housing is included 32/40 hours per week $1,492/week based off 32 hours (based on experience) $1,840/week based off 40 hours (based on experience)

Duration:

9 - 12 month contract

Start Date:
ASAP Shift/Schedule:

8-hour days, Monday-Thursday (Flexibility required based on school schedule; full 40-hour work week at the main office required during student breaks and non-session days)

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site school-based services across 1-2 county schools (K-12 district of ~200 students) approximately four days per week. Conduct mental health screenings, individual counseling, and ongoing educational counseling and support for students. Provide outpatient services at the main office during student vacation weeks, holiday breaks, spring break, summer months, and teacher in-service days (including individual/family counseling, mental health assessments, and treatment planning). Work in the office during scheduled student vacation weeks and attend required school make-up days (e.g., working Friday if Monday is a holiday). Complete contract obligations including pre-school year onboarding and post-school year wrap-up activities.

Required Skills:

Valid Oregon State License (QMHP or LCSW) - Can receive before start date Previous experience with school-based therapy (Preferred) Adolescent experience
