Job Description

Step into a rewarding role making a real difference for students as a School Psychologist in a supportive educational environment near Kennett Square, PA. Beginning in early September, you'll work 1-2 days per week, providing vital services to a diverse K-12 student population. Qualifications:
Master's or higher degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred Familiarity with special education law and best practices in psychological assessment Exceptional communication, consultation, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral assessments for students across all grade levels Participate in IEP meetings, providing informed recommendations for supports and services Deliver crisis intervention and counseling as needed Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs Support development and implementation of behavior management plans Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in accordance with school requirements This contract assignment offers flexibility, letting you make a significant impact while keeping your schedule open for other priorities.
