3002579533-2 Apply for this job now Job Description LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Counseling Psychologist to provide evidence-based mental health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this hybrid role, you will deliver individual and group psychotherapy and conduct diagnostic assessments via both in-office and telehealth appointments. You will create and manage treatment plans, maintain thorough documentation in our EHR, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans Deliver care via both telehealth and in-office sessions in a hybrid model Document all clinical encounters in the EHR in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians to coordinate care Monitor patient progress using standardized outcome measures and adjust treatment accordingly Participate in case consultations, supervision, and team meetings to support quality of care Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state, and professional ethical guidelines Engage in professional development and contribute to a culture of empowerment and quality Required Skills Clinical interviewing Diagnostic assessment (DSM-5-TR) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., DBT, ACT) Treatment planning and documentation Risk assessment and crisis intervention Telehealth service delivery Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency Outcome measurement and documentation Interdisciplinary collaboration
