Job Description

Qualifications/Experience Desired:
Valid School Psychologist credential (state and national certification preferred) Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field Demonstrated capacity to utilize assessment tools and interpret results Proficiency in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills Experience working with students at elementary, middle, and high school levels a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Perform psychological and academic assessments for referred students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design support strategies Participate as a key member of the multidisciplinary team for IEP meetings and eligibility determinations Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and short-term support as needed Recommend appropriate interventions and monitor students progress Offer professional guidance to school staff regarding student behavior and learning needs
