Key Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility in Tennessee Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and developing intervention plans in K-12 settings Familiarity with IEP processes, MTSS/RTI frameworks, and special education law preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for student advocacy and support

Primary Responsibilities:

Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional assessments for students Participate in multidisciplinary teams to help determine student needs and eligibility for services Develop and contribute to the implementation of IEPs and Section 504 plans Work with teachers, staff, and families to support positive student outcomes and provide consultation on learning and behavioral challenges Deliver counseling and crisis intervention when needed Document all services, assessments, and interventions in a timely, ethical manner
