Step into a meaningful contract opportunity where your expertise as an Educational Diagnostician will shape positive outcomes for students. This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to make a direct impact by supporting 1-2 schools throughout the academic year. Your specialized skills will support educational teams, parents, and students in developing and implementing successful learning plans.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • Certification as an Educational Diagnostician (required)
  • Previous experience working in a school setting as an Educational Diagnostician
  • Strong knowledge of special education regulations, assessment tools, and evaluation processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficient in conducting individualized educational evaluations and interpreting assessment data
  • Organizational ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic educational environment
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for referred students, interpreting results and creating evaluation reports
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to assist in designing and modifying individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Serve as a resource for staff regarding educational and assessment questions
  • Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings and provide recommendations that drive student growth
  • Travel between assigned schools to provide diagnostic services and ensure consistency of support
