Full Job Description Location:
Pearland Office 3129 Kingsley Drive, Suite 840 Pearland, TX 77584 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to join our growing mental health team at our Pearland location. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral health concerns through evidence-based interventions. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Services may be provided in person and through telehealth when clinically appropriate. Position Highlights This is an excellent opportunity for newly graduated LPAs or professionals seeking supervised clinical experience. Candidates will receive the necessary supervision hours required to pursue independent practice while working under the supervision of Dr. Arlene Gordon-Hollingsworth . We are committed to supporting your professional growth through: Individual supervision with Dr. Arlene Gordon-Hollingsworth Weekly case consultation and supervision meetings Guidance on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Support in obtaining required supervised hours toward independent practice Mentorship in both therapy and psychological assessment services New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy services. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and referral sources. Deliver services through both in-person and telehealth platforms as appropriate. Participate in weekly supervision and case review meetings. Assessment Responsibilities Candidates must be comfortable administering, scoring, interpreting, and writing reports for: ADHD Evaluations Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessments Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations Cognitive Assessments Behavioral and Personality Assessments Diagnostic Clarification Evaluations Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited institution. Current Texas Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) license or eligibility for licensure. Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Interest in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality patient care. Experience with psychological testing is preferred but qualified new graduates are welcome to apply.
