3002579816-2 Apply for this job now Job Description LifeStance Health seeks a Testing Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include test selection, administration, scoring, and integrated report writing; diagnostic clarification; and feedback sessions with patients and families. Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to inform treatment planning. Utilize EHR and telehealth tools within a patient-centered, mission-driven culture that values clinical excellence, diversity, and work-life balance. Flexible scheduling and strong operational support are provided. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults Select, administer, and score standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests Perform clinical interviews and gather collateral information to inform diagnoses Develop integrated, written assessment reports with clear diagnostic impressions and recommendations Provide feedback sessions to patients and families regarding results and treatment recommendations Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians to support treatment planning Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth in accordance with organizational protocols Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and quality improvement efforts Uphold ethical and legal standards for clinical practice and patient confidentiality Required Skills Psychological assessment Test administration and scoring Clinical interviewing Diagnostic formulation (DSM-5) Report writing and documentation Electronic health record (EHR) use Risk assessment and management Treatment planning Interdisciplinary collaboration Telehealth platforms
