Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility for certification. Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Previous experience working with K-12 students in educational settings is highly advantageous. Strong assessment, counseling, consultation, and behavioral intervention skills. Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff. Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret findings. Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for students across K-12 grades. Serve on multidisciplinary teams to create and monitor student support plans. Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to address students learning and mental health needs. Stay current with best practices and compliance standards in school psychology. Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts as needed.
