Overview The CT Technologist works under minimal supervision to assist the Lead CT Tech in performing diagnostic CT procedures for patients; works effectively with patients and other clinic personnel; assists with PACS and outside films; and routes patients and/or their images to the appropriate nurse's station.

This Part time position will average between 20-30 hours/week. Must be available to work
M, W, F Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic procedures as required: achieve a high level of image quality Be observant for film artifacts and keep them to a minimum Obtain patient history as needed Assist in starting IVs efficiently
Qualifications:
Graduation from a certified Radiological Technology Program R.R.T. Certification Must set a reasonable goal for achieving CT certification by the A.R.R.T within 12 months 2 years experience, preferred but not required
