Radiologic Technologist - Full-Time Join Our Orthopedic Team! We are a busy orthopedic practice seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment, providing high-quality patient care, and working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-ray studies as ordered by physicians and in accordance with established protocols. Obtain high-quality radiographic images while ensuring proper positioning and patient safety. Explain procedures to patients and provide reassurance throughout the imaging process. Follow appropriate radiation safety procedures and maintain compliance with applicable standards. Properly document and maintain patient imaging records. Assist orthopedic physicians and clinical staff during patient examinations and procedures as needed. Prepare and room patients and assist with general clinic duties when necessary. Maintain clean, organized, and properly functioning imaging equipment and work areas. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other members of the healthcare team. Provide courteous, professional, and compassionate patient care at all times. Qualification ARRT certification required Appropriate state licensure or eligibility for licensure. Previous experience in an orthopedic, outpatient, or clinical setting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality diagnostic images. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and patient-centered approach.
