Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, particularly with children or adolescents. Primary Responsibilities:

Work directly with students to implement personalized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record accurate behavioral data. Reinforce positive behaviors and provide clear, consistent guidance on appropriate alternatives. Support the classroom environment and assist students in reaching academic and behavioral goals.
