PRN \n \n#LI-LD1 How you\u2019ll make an impact in this role Prepare and position patients and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately to produce cross-sectional images of the body. Perform patient pre-screening, scheduling, and education related to the examination. Enter and monitor patient data, transfer images from disk to magnetic media to produce the transparency, and develop film in an automatic processor. Ensure prompt submission of high-quality of all images and documents sent to PACS (image quality, correct lead markers and patient data/history). Ensure equipment is properly functioning. Report potential problems or equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel. Assist in maintaining a clean, and orderly department to include procedure rooms, storage areas, dressing rooms, film storage area and any other areas in department. \n What minimum requirements you\u2019ll need Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
