Required Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology Licensed (or eligible) as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist in Michigan BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Previous experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or clinical setting Strong knowledge of imaging procedures, safety standards, and patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Perform interventional radiology procedures independently and collaboratively with physicians Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring all protocols are followed for patient and staff safety Accurately document procedures and update patient charts Monitor patients during and after procedures, providing reassurance and responding to any concerns Maintain aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols
