3004144888-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Lucid Staffing is seeking a Travel Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT to support healthcare clients nationwide. In this role, you'll perform diagnostic CT and general radiologic exams, ensuring high-quality images, patient safety, and radiation compliance. You'll adapt quickly to new facilities, workflows, and EMR systems while collaborating with radiologists and clinical teams. As a Lucid traveler, you'll receive personalized support, transparent communication, and the opportunity to impact patient care across diverse settings while advancing your imaging career. Responsibilities Perform high-quality CT and general radiologic imaging for travel assignments at client healthcare facilities Follow physician orders, verify patient identity, and explain imaging procedures to ensure safety and comfort Operate and troubleshoot CT equipment, adhering to radiation safety and ALARA standards Review images for diagnostic quality and collaborate with radiologists and care teams Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in
PACS/RIS
systems Adapt quickly to new clinical settings, workflows, and EMR systems across multiple client sites Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal imaging regulations and accreditation standards Communicate effectively with Lucid Staffing, reporting assignment status and any site-related issues Required Skills Computed tomography (CT) imaging General radiography (X-ray) Radiology equipment operation Radiation safety and ALARA principles PACS and RIS systems Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Patient positioning and immobilization Contrast administration protocols (with appropriate credentialing) Cross-sectional anatomy and pathology recognition Regulatory compliance (ARRT, state licensure, JCAHO)
