Mobile X-Ray Technologist Join Our Growing Mobile Diagnostic Imaging Team Specialty Portable X-ray is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Mobile X-Ray Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare settings. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact on patient care. Responsibilities Travel to assigned healthcare facilities and private homes to perform diagnostic X-ray examinations. Operate portable X-ray equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure high-quality imaging while adhering to physician orders and imaging protocols. Verify patient identity and explain procedures to patients and caregivers. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Follow radiation safety standards and infection control procedures. Communicate effectively with facility staff, physicians, and radiologists. Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT certification required. Valid state Radiologic Technologist license. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong patient care and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule. Experience in portable imaging, long-term care, or mobile healthcare settings preferred but not required.
