Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead MRI Technologist to oversee the MRI imaging department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Duties Lead and supervise the MRI team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols Coordinate and perform complex MRI procedures Oversee patient preparation, ensuring proper positioning and comfort while maintaining aseptic technique throughout all procedures Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to facilitate accurate diagnostic evaluation by providing high-quality images Maintain detailed documentation of imaging procedures, patient records, and departmental reports Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including radiation safety and infection control practices Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing education to team members on emerging imaging technologies and best practices in medical imaging Monitor departmental equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed Stay current with advancements in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and diagnostic evaluation techniques to enhance service quality Experience Proven experience as an MRI Technologist with demonstrated leadership capabilities in a clinical setting Extensive knowledge of MRI procedures Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical imaging principles Hands-on experience with aseptic technique to prevent contamination during invasive procedures Familiarity with departmental safety protocols related to radiation exposure and infection control Ability to interpret complex images for accurate diagnosis in collaboration with healthcare providers Prior experience leading or supervising a team within a healthcare environment is highly preferred Join us as a Lead MRI Technologist and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional diagnostic services.
